We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an outstanding product company


Responsibilities:

Define requirements for a business and customer/user perspective considering technical implementation detail.

Create flow and other similar diagrams in order to ensure all points are covered

Prepare requirement documents including mockups, flow charts, functional and non-functional requirements and impact to as-is system.

Requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business, and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation.

Analysis of software requirements by defining and system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.


Knowledge/Experience with:

Agile software development using JIRA
Solution documentation including flow diagrams and/or screen/page design flows

Ability in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented thinking

Good team player, able to interact effectively with client and team members

Fluency in English

Advantages:

Good understanding of the Incident Response life cycle, working independently to investigate and effectively respond to software incidents

Technical knowledge such as SQL, Java, or other technical knowledge is considered an advantage

Ability to generate mockups in case a requirement needs a user interaction

Knowledge of the software lifecycle (SDLC)
