Chef Renard is the Official Distributor for Vorwerk's VB100 complete cleaning system, Kobold®, in Bulgaria.

We are looking for an exceptional, positive, and enthusiastic JUNIOR SALES MANAGER in Plovdiv, with experience in Direct Sales and Recruitment, to join our growing team, to ensure an increase in market share and sales revenue.

Skills required:

* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

* Successful sales & recruitment experience (preferably in Direct Sales)

* Ability to identify and recruit talented Sales Consultants

* Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate

Key Duties & Responsibilities include:

* Recruit new consultants on a monthly basis

* Consistently meet and exceed monthly personal and team sales goals

* Ensure activity and productivity goals are met and/or exceeded

* Assist in sales strategies with team to increase sales revenue

* Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team(s)

* Assist in training the Sales Team

* Establish and build client data base

* Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory

* Maintain records of all of the Sales Team’s sales activity and reports

* Keep well-informed of available products

* Attend training on new products, technologies, methods

* Work closely with the Sales Manager in growing the business profitability

* Assist the Distributor in the assigned territory

* Other responsibilities as deemed necessary

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Ability to communicate well in English & Bulgarian

* Digitally savvy - Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Strong selling skills

* Ability to lead/manage multiple sales consultants

* Highly self-motivated and organized

* Experience in recruiting

* Experience in training others

* Strong Communication & Presentation skills

* Drive to grow and build sales territory

* Ability to travel within territory
