Responsibilities:

1. Contact company prospects for compliance matters.
2. Follow up and maintain the company’s work flows and procedures.
3. Create, update and monitor KPI reports for management/sales use.
4. Monitor and assign Leads from recycle / surprise boxes sent by tasks/Mail
5. Create Excel reports by Demand
6. Coordinate commissions expectations of agents
7. Monitor depositors on praxis and advise to relevant sales agents
8. Attend and Assign Emails of clients not assigned to users – Emails of Old agents/ Boxes clients.
9. Check systems – dialer monitor ,CRM, outlook and preparing sales arena ready for the day, adjusting and solving any issue prior to shift starting, informing of IT department to solve any issue preventing sales teams to conduct their work.
10. Check work environment of Sales Arena, I.e- update administration of any issue that can postpone sales team efficiency/work.
11. Measure and document – downtime of CRM/Systems
12. Monitor working frame hours KPI, i.e, Breaks, Systems log on/off.
13. Direct assistance of Sales Manager.



Requirements:

• Fluent level of English language;
• Excellent communication and social skills;
• Team player;
• Energetic attitude;
• Knowledge of the capital market (advantage);
• Past experience in sales (advantage);
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft excel + Power point;
• Readiness to work overtime if needed from time to time;
• Open minded and out of the box thinking.
