What you will be doing:
• Resolving technical problems and providing support for customers;
• Answering customer queries in support of computer hardware, software, network problems;
• Diagnosing, identifying, isolating and analyzing problems utilizing historical database records;
• Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases;
• Provide updates to the knowledge database with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.

Ideally, your skills will include:
• Fluency in German, Dutch or French;
• Very good English language skills;
• Technical Support experience would be a great plus;
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Logical thinking;
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities.
