Customer Support AgentZen Teli Ltd. is a Company set up in Sofia working directly with one of the biggest bankruptcy law firms in the United States. Our partner works with Clients from Illinois and Georgia. Recently it has expanded to Florida, Michigan, and Texas. With this growth in mind we are looking to appoint additional personnel to the position of Customer Support Agent.

Your Daily Objectives:
You will be assisting the clients of the Law Firm by providing and collecting information about their case, answering questions, solving problems and keeping high client satisfaction via telephone or e-mail.

Your Needed Qualification:

∙ Intermediate or Advanced Fluency in English is a Must - both written and spoken;
∙ Excellent communication and social skills;
∙ Excellent computer literacy – specifically MS Office;
∙ Willingness and capacity to learn and develop;
∙ Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
∙ Professional attitude and attention to details;

Your Work Schedule and Benefits:
∙ 40 hours a week standard labor contract under Bulgarian law with Zen Teli Ltd.
∙ Work hours from 3:00 PM until midnight BG time (or by choice from 5:00 PM until 2:00 AM)
∙ Three Work days from Home, and two at our Office ( either Mon-Tue or Thur-Fri)
∙ 2 weeks Paid Training to give you the necessary knowledge to perform your duties;
