Main Responsibilities:

• Advising customers regarding issues (via email or chat only);
• Helping players of a popular video game and resolving their issues;
• Providing friendly responses to gamers/ users;
• Working with response templates according to the company's guidelines;
• Supporting customers and business partners regarding company services;

Job requirements:

• Have excellent verbal and written German (C1)
• Good English level
