What you’ll be doing:

· Defines production type, manufacturing process, risk assessment and characteristics for new or changing processes in electronics production

· Supports and refine manufacturing processes in new and existing projects according to lean philosophy

· Prepares feasibility studies and technical requirements for new products and technical changes

· Calculates machine and equipment capacity

· Follows established targets regarding quality, cost efficiency and time lines

· Defines and approve necessary production equipment, considering specification sheets and customer requirements, ensures competitiveness of the production processes

· Participate in description of FMEA and responsible for P-FMEA

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Manufacturing

· Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or several years experience in electronics manufacturing

· Experience in project management and good communication skills

· Knowledge of SAP

· Advanced knowledge of English

· Detail and goal-oriented person

· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
