For an outstanding product company, we are looking for a Team/Tech Lead

Hands-on development position with lead a team of software engineers
Deliver consistent delivery of high-quality software
Collaborate with the product owner in managing the team backlog
Proactively help for the development of team members
Be an example of excellence and create a self-organizing team
Recognize accomplishments and achievements
Help for/Guide/Implement the proposed software architecture

Requirements:

4+ years of experience developing commercial software products or web-based software products
Good soft skills and lead potential
Good knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases
Excellent experience with JAVA
Experience with Git or another DVCS
Good written and spoken English
Familiarity with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile

Advantage:
Excellent knowledge of Spring, microservices, Rest APIs, Java 11
Knowledge/Experience with developing performant & scalable applications
Knowledge of python


Guidance and on-boarding will be provided.

Regular Bulgarian working hours with flexible time, home office options.
