Role Summary

The main duties of Java developer include, preparing architectural solutions, directing and participating in programming activities, monitoring, and evaluating system performance, and designing and implementing new programs and features.


Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test software and applications for organization
Document and comment all contributions
Analyze and test features before commit,
Consistently track and communicate status, roadblocks and successes
Identifying areas of improvement in the change management process
Support and mentor junior teammates, executing code reviews
