For an outstanding product company, we are looking for a Team/Tech Lead:

This is a hands-on development position leading a team of software engineers
Deliver consistent delivery of high-quality software
Collaborate with the product manager in managing the team backlog
Proactively help for the development of team members
Be an example of excellence and create a self-organizing team
Recognize accomplishments and achievements
Help for/Guide/Implement the proposed software architecture

Requirements:

4+ years(preferably more) of experience developing commercial software products or web-based software products
Good soft skills and lead potential
Good knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
Excellent experience with one OOP language (JAVA, or .Net or PHP preferred but any OOP language is OK)
Experience with Git or another DVCS
Good written and spoken English
Familiarity with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile

Advantages:

Knowledge/Experience with developing performant & scalable applications
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Strong analytical skills
