If you have:
- University degree in Economics or Engineering and knowledge in the evaluations of vehicles and machinery
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of asset management, insurance, asset valuation
- Previous banking experience /advantage/
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework
- Good command of English language /advantage/
- Computer literacy /MS Office/
- Certificate from Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria /Machinery and equipment, Real Estate, Agricultural lands/
- Driving license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team


And you would like to:
- Review the asset documents
- Be responsible for the assets data quality in the leasing system
- Preparе a form for the criteria for eligibility of assets
- Keep active communication with leasing specialists about clients and their assets and collaterals.
