• Understands customers’ technical and business licensing needs and matches them with appropriate products and services;
• Effectively positions the value of Microsoft Solutions to customers;
• Guarantees customer satisfaction with the sales/ renewals/true-up process.

Recommended skills:
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German language;
• Experience in business strategy discussions with managers or business decision-makers;
• Achievement and success-driven personality;
• Ability to build client relationships;
• Excellent client service skills.
