For Troubleshooting Specialist Level 2 with German and English, we are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.

Main responsibilities:

• Handling break/fix and configuration issues;
• Guiding customers in troubleshooting with more complex technical issues;
• Communicating with B2B clients;
• Resolving escalated issues from Level 1 support agent
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Very good written and spoken command in both English and German;
