Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor and review files and ensure that those are delivered
within agreed timelines and quality;
• Provide on job training to the team members and educate them on new
and complex topics;
• Mentoring of the junior team members provide them proper guidance;
to reduce processing time and increase efficiency;
• Documented monthly performance review of preparers and discuss the
same with them on how to overcome deficiency;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external
regulations and information security standards.


Requirements:

• Fluent French and English both written and spoken;
• 4-7 years of experience in Corporate accounting;
• Inter CA/CWA, Post Graduate Degree in (MBA/ M.Com) from an
accredited university;
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and financial statements;
• Strong people management and leadership skills;
• Capability to communicate with large teams;
• Reasonable level of business perspective regarding the internal
functions of BPO;
• Good networking capability and Client facing skills.
