For Front office we are looking for motivated and willing to work with professionals on the position Receptionist

KEY OBJECTIVE:

• To deliver services meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meets, registers, accommodates and provides services to the guests upon their arrival
• Offers rooms to clients without prior booking
• Keeps guests’ account ready for closing
• Closes the accounts related to the main and extra service

• REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Previous experience on a similar position in a 4*/5* hotel min 1 year, business
• hotel experience is an advantage
• Professional education/training in Tourism/Hotel Management is an advantage
• Experienced user of PMS (Opera is an advantage)
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Proficient user of English oral and written, second language is an advantage
• Capability of coping with pressure
• Flexibility in working time
• Teamwork
• Work on shifts, Weekends, Holidays is expected
