On behalf of one of our clients, a leader in the moving and relocation industry in South East Europe, we are looking for Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist.

Responsibilities:

- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must maintain consistent liaison with the client on and off site to ensure the process is operating smoothly, and the client undergoes a successful transition.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must also recognize any problems and form solutions efficiently with the relevant consultants and specialists who are a part of the relocation’s teams.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must ultimately do everything to ensure that the relocation transition is smooth and problem free.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must identify any problems and find solutions to improve the process.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must offer any additional service options to clients and negotiate terms of agreement during the relocations process.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist will operate as a subject matter expert and provide strategic solutions, working with outside counsel for more complex cases.
- As a Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist, you will perform regular case reporting, expense forecasting and invoice processing.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist will continuously evaluate current immigration processes, suggesting changes where needed to improve operational objectives.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist will provide status updates to employees via email, telephone and in-person, providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist is responsible for providing immigration program services to Matrix Relocations’ corporate clients.
- The Junior Relocation and Immigration Specialist must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, EU Blue cards and other documentation required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, IR (IA) or related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate with MS Office products proficiency
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced, high energy atmosphere
- Experience in employment-based immigration handling immigrant cases, work authorization, permanent residency and immigration case management will be considered a plus but is not mandatory Team-oriented with a strong sense of care and urgency
- Real estate market experience will be considered great plus
