On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Software Sales Specialist with German to join their team.

What you will be doing:

• Qualify leads for the reselling of Microsoft and Salesforce Software;
• Possibilities to develop yourself into an Account Manager role in future;
• Complement and strengthen the existing sales team within a newly created sales channel;
• Responsible for the research of potential companies and their data maintenance in the existing CRM system;
• Raise cross-selling potentials with our clients in order to be able to support them 360 degrees at best;
• Intensive support and advice to the clients on the phone or via Teams;
• Inspiring online presentations of the reselling products with the aim of successfully concluding deals;
• Creation of forecast;

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Fluency in German language C1/C2;
• Initial experience in social selling and customer relations via video conferencing (including phone, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory;
• Basic commercial knowledge in order to understand company processes and to be able to use them in customer service;
• Conscientiouslywork, you are open to new strategies and are willing to constantly develop yourself in terms of sales and communication;
• CRM systemexperience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Office knowledge
