Personal Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities:

• Run errands for business and personal needs;
• Schedule meetings and manage calendar;
• Organize meetings – create and distribute invites/agendas;
• Control access to the CEO;
• Answer phone calls and take messages;
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters;
• Manage travel schedules, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, reservations, and meals;
• Research and prepare special projects and reports;
• Act as project manager for personal projects;
• Prepare materials for internal and external meetings;
• Point of contact for attorneys and contractors regarding work and personal matters;
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in executive administration, project management, or related field;
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and ethical standards;
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to sudden changes;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent oral and written communication in Bulgarian and English;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
