For one of our clients, we are looking for a talented and motivated

Junior Poker & Gaming Support Specialist to help them achieve their goals.

As a Junior Poker & Gaming Support Specialist, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional service to the players and ensuring their satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Ø Provide excellent customer service to all online casino players through various communication channels such as live chat, email, and phone support.

Ø Assist players with any inquiries regarding their accounts, gameplay, and transactions.

Ø Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Ø Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction.

Ø Provide feedback to the management team to improve the overall customer experience.

Ø Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and policies of the online casino.
