Our partner is one of the leading business transformation companies. They are looking for a Technical support specialist with German to join their team for a completely NEW project. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing remote technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to customers (via phone, email, or chat);
• Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes
• Supporting customers and business partners regarding company services, products, billing, equipment and claims;
• Focus on process improvement identification and development.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Have excellent verbal and written German(C1 Level);
• Very good English level (B2 Level);
• At least 6 months experience in Customer or Technical Support role;
• Basic knowledge on VOIP, Routers and Modem
