Our client, a multi-national, stock exchange-listed company in the field of Finance and Accounting is currently set-up a new team within the organization to support process and service excellence of its new clients!

To strengthen their team in Sofia, we are currently looking for the position:

Accountant with German

Main responsibilities :

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information;
• Invoice receipt, verification and posting. Internal process of invoices, process of payments, preparation of tax refund;
• Invoice verification and posting; regular invoices, back margin, intercompany, advance payments, manufacturer sub-contractors, blocked invoices / disagreements;
• Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports;
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.

Job requirements :

• Experience with SAP;
• Fluent in German;
• Good in English (B1-B2);
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
• Previous experience as General ledger, similar or minimum 1 year in a shared service environment;
• Good communication skills; teamwork spirit; ability to follow deadlines.
