Your daily routine would include:

• Design, develop and facilitate internal trainings (in person, virtually, or blended formats) to address specific individual and organizational needs;
• Introduce innovative methods, materials, and tools to accelerate employee learning and enhance employee performance;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and pursue continuous quality improvement in the learning experience;
• Research and curate learning courses for individuals or teams;
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients and colleagues.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience on a L&D position;
• Experience with designing and delivering trainings;
• Flexible and creative professional, yet focused and committed to excellence;
• Collaborative, engaging, articulate, and willing to learn as well as teach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
• Good verbal and written skills in English.
