For one of our clients, we are on the lookout for a Customer Support Hero with Spanish, German, Danish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Swedish, Hungarian, Polish or Dutch.

What you will do:
• Help customers via chat, email and phone
• Providе quality service to clients, following the company’s guidelines
• Strivе to understand issues and offer easy-to-follow solutions
• Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

What you need:

• Fluency in Spanish, German, Danish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Swedish, Hungarian, Polish, Dutch
• Very good level of English
• Customer service experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Great analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail
